The easiest homemade bar Lara
Lara Bars are my new addiction. Unlike most cereal bars or energy bars, most of the flavors contain nothing but dried fruit and nuts. However, they are not cheap. They usually cost more than a dollar at the bar, even if you buy the family package. (This nut fruit bar Lara and the food package costs $ 25.21 for 16 bars, which goes for $ 1.58/bar.)
Soon I found myself looking for ways to make homemade Lara Bars. I really like the Hot Fudge Brownie chocolate-covered bars Lara Katie. He has a huge list of Lara bars recipes to try. Lara bars, and these home-cooked meals with the family seem very resourceful than me, which I prefer to just roll the balls and store in a glass container.
I created my own without cooking date and nut bars that are naturally gluten-free, many times. Here’s my method:
Basic homemade bar Lara
1 cup (120 g) in any format you want NUTS
1 1 / 3 cup (230 g) pitted dates
salt
Put the food processor and mix until all is blended. Roll into small balls and store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator. If mixture is too dry, add a little water if too sticky, add a little crazy. Enjoy!
